RIP Dead Cat

I don't know if it's appropriate to put up a dead cat's photo. So here goes:

About to bury

Poor kitty. A cat near my house. It was an accident. A hit and run I think. I hope not a cat abuse. Iman called me telling me about a dead cat behind block. He said white in color. I was a little nervous because I thought my cat might dropped from the window but lucky, no. Still sad for this cat though. The cat which I sometimes gave food to as well as an aunty. And dad said this cat would usually slept near his bike.

Anyways, there was this particuler pigeon when we all got there. This pigeon was like the cat's guardian. It stayed in the middle of the road. I think I know why. This cat was playful and like to play hide and seek with pigeons. And this pigeon kept staying there until we (Iman, Syida, Hafitz & me) are done burying.

Ok. Weird. I was about to upload photo where we buried the cat. Taken today at 1400hr.

The red circle is where we buried the cat. Yellow circle. That IS EXACTLY THE CAT. It's like she is looking at her grave. I'm not scared, shocked or anything. I'm sad. I'm actually crying. Poor cat.

Well, at least we all did a good deed to bury the cat rather than have her lying like that. And also thanks to the family next block for borrowing us their hoe.

Meet Pearl

This is Pearl.

It was my birthday. Last year. So, family & I went out for dinner. I heard a meowing sound. I asked my family whether they too heard a meow. Then there she was in front of us. We did not know to whom she belong to and my mum wanted to bring her inside the house of the time being, which is not possible because Baby is 'allergy' to other cats. And so we went for dinner.

When we reached home, Pearl was no where in sight so we just let it be thinking she had gone to other places. But my mum kept looking for her. She did the meowing sound and found her near the neighbour's pots of plants. Mum took her in.

That's how we adopted her. I did put up notice so that her owner can claim but no one respond. She ours till now. My mum kept calling her Girl and then ended up as Pearl. I don't know. Maybe it rhymes? Pearl is the closest to my mum. The only reason I can think of because it was my mum who went and look for her. She sleeps with my mum, follow my mum around the house and when mum is going to work, she did not allow it. Cute.

Among the 3 cats, Pearl is the best. She doesn't bite and she doesn't scratch. I have no worries about not clipping her nails. In other words, she is one very obedient cat. She doesn't disturb other cats but she likes Prince. Love to sleep next to him and 'clean' each other.

So that's my mum's Pearl.

Meet Prince

Hello World!

Meet Prince. Adopted last year, June or July, around there, from SPCA. He was 4 months old. He was lonely. Someone adopted his sister and left him all alone. The staff told me was cheerful until someone adopted his sister. Well, they should've adopted both of them.

Anyways, Prince is his original name. Now Prince is 1 year & 5 months. He is big among my three cats. He is one naughty cat. Very friendly with stranger but only with small crowd. Oh yeah, did I mention he is very flirty with girls. He bites and scratches. Although it's a playful one but it still hurts.

He eats just about everything. He is the messy one in the family. No table manners. Food all over the floor. Whenever there's a mess around my house like bits of papers of the newspapers, automatically you know it's him. Oh, he's the best one when it comes to bathing. Very obedient.

Right now, Prince is on my bed, conquering my comforter. Baby was first and Prince, second. Third is Pearl. Talk about her soon.

She bites! Ouch!

Baby is the closest to me. And I do know she finds me irritating, always disturbing her sleeping or while she is relaxing... hahaha.

Baby always sleeps with me almost every night. She will sit outside my bedroom door and my mum will open for her to come in. So the other morning, I was sleeping and Baby wanted to go out. She jumped on my bed and bite my toe and go back down waiting at the door. She was hoping I woke up. She did that for like four times and I had to drag myself and open the door. Usually I ignore her 'signal' but I don't think she's giving in now.

Baby, Baby, Baby! What will ever happen to you if I hadn't taken you in?

How I get my first cat.

Her name was Tiger. But I changed it to Baby. Because my mum and dad kept calling her that. Anyways, Baby was a stray cat my friend bought to her home. So she's getting married and can't bring the cat along to her husband's house. So I took it despite my mum being afraid of cats.

And so I took Baby home. Mum found out because Baby kept meowing. My excuse was I kept it for awhile until I found Baby a new home. But that wasn't my intention >:). I tried to let Baby go out to the street and being stray again, but she refuses and keep running back home. I locked her outside once, hoping she would go away [It broke my heart. I cried]. But my dad saw her hiding near the shoe rack and brought her in.

And so days went by, my mum was being psycho. No more asking me when I'm gonna give Baby away. Baby is officially ours. I should said mine because I'm the one who clean after her dirty job. Well, I should since I wanted a pet cat so much. Mum's a little afraid of cats still but she sometimes stroke Baby once in a while, when she was sitting still.

Baby had been sterilized and I'm sending her for vaccination soon. Baby had been a family since March.

Question: How to know how old is my cat?

Introduction

Hello there! This my cat's blog or rather blog about cats. Anyways, I created this so that I can post my questions about cat and hopefully some expertise out there could help me with my doubt.

And also, helping out to spread news about cat adoption.
